Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and rebuild the skin. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin, steel micro-needles with a length of 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which within 5 minutes make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin. Each roller's head is equipped with 540 steel needles.
